  • A conversation with our team (verbal consent)

  • Submitting an online form

SMS consent is NOT shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any SMS you receive.

Reservations are confirmed only after acceptance, agreement signing, and payment. Rates and availability may change at any time.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

  • Follow property rules

  • Use the property respectfully

  • Be aware that unauthorized subletting or illegal activity is prohibited

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms will be defined in each lease or rental agreement.

7. Liability

Duprty is not responsible for:

  • Personal items lost or damaged during stays

  • Disruptions in utility services beyond our control

8. Changes to These Terms
